Legal Translation Quality Conditions

The challenge for a competent legal translator is to produce a legal text as part of the created judicial system, as any document he translates is an official document that is reliable, authenticated and certified by the State. Therefore, we «Challenge» staff have set many conditions that shall be met in the legal translator that we depend on translating for our valued customers:

• • Shall be sufficiently familiar with the laws and regulations applicable in and into the language of the translator.
• • Shall be familiar with the legal terminology applicable in the country from which he or she is translated.
• • Shall have the appropriate technique and wording to write a legal text compatible with the target language and country.
• • Shall be aware of the cultural differences and nature of technical documents between one country and another.

>LEGAL TRANSLATION Challenge

1. A professional legal translator handles the accurate translation of the required legal document.
2. The text shall be reviewed by another legal translator after the translation process is completed.
3. The text is presented to a professional proofreader to ensure that it is free of any spelling or grammatical errors.
4. Our project manager makes the final review of the text, formats the document as appropriate, and then handover it to the attorney on time.
